Trackmyfoodstorage.com Return Policy

Any and all items that need to be returned to Trackmyfoodstorage.com need to have a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). Any shipment returned to Trackmyfoodstorage.com without an authorization number will be refused. Our Canned food storage products are packaged with oxygen absorbers to eliminate virtually any remaining oxygen in the can after it is sealed. Grocery store food items are questionable if dented or bulging. Because of our air tight packaging or dehydrated and freeze dried food, our food storage products are still good. Even though cans may have some dents from shipping, until the can has been punctured, the top or bottom seam has been compromised, or exposed to air or extreme heat, it is fine to use and/ or store.

Returning Items Shipped Through UPS

If you have received your items through UPS and find that one or more of your items have been damaged or are not the correct item please contact customer service at 1-800-xxxxx. It is also possible to inform Trackmyfoodstorage.com about the need to return by our Contact Us Page with the following information

  • 1 A list of items and the quantity that were damaged or wrongfully sent.
  • 2.The type of damage or name of the wrong item/items sent (dent, punctured, opened etc.)
  • 3.Your shipping address with name, phone number and email address.
  • 4.Invoice/Order number printed on your sales receipt.
An additional email will be sent to you shortly after we have received your information. This email will have our standard procedure for replacing and returning damaged and wrongfully sent items. This email will also have a return authorization number which is needed to track the status of your return shipment.
