Shipping & Returns
Trackmyfoodstorage.com will ship orders as soon as picking is complete. (Please be advised that orders placed after 3:00 pm MST cannot be shipped until the following business day). All orders placed after 3:00 pm MST on Friday will be shipped the following Monday.
2. Monthly auto-ships
Monthly auto-ships are not an option at this point but may be a part of our web service in the future.
3. Cancellation Policy
You have the right to cancel an order anytime up to the time of shipment without any penalty. Orders that are shipped may be refused but you will be charged a 5% restocking fee. Orders you take possession of and return unopened may incur a 15% restocking fee if no agreement to the contrary was made before hand. At this time an order maybe cancelled online via your login by deleting the contents of the order and during the revised checkout you may note any other instructions in the notes section under shipping instructions.
3.1 One time purchase
Most orders fall under the category of a one time purchase.
3.2 Monthly auto-ship
Trackmyfoodstorage.com does not at this time have an auto-ship program. Our case-a-month program is not currently an auto-ship program.

Orders may be returned unopened, however, a restocking fee may apply, see section
