What places are good to store food storage if you don't have a garage or a basement? I don't have a huge place and I don't want to have guests over and all they see is food storage. Any ideas?

I hide food storage in my closet and under my bed. I have also fashioned a little coffee table together with food storage buckets (the big ones), a piece of plywood, and a pretty table cloth.

If you have no other place to put the food storage you could pick a corner in the room, stack the cans, and then look to create some sort of decorative curtain. It is hard to describe through words.

I want to build a shelf for food storage, do any of you have shelf plans or know where I can find a good plan to build a solid shelf?

I like these brackets from Home Depot.  Each pair, when screwed directly into the studs inside the wall, will support 250 pounds.  I mount one on each stud (usually 16" apart) and place a 12 - 14" MDF shelf similar to http://www.homedepot.com/h_d1/N-5yc1v/R-202633827/h_d2/ProductDisplay?langId=-1&storeId=10051&catalogId=10053, also available at home depot.

I think that a price in the Baltimore storage is not to high places like this always gives good profit to the builder. I am running a business by a names Baltimore storage in Baltimore where I store stuffs regarding the person’s things.

There is a nice shelf system with plans on Dehydrate2store.com. She demonstrates in a video how to build them. The plans are included in her recipes. I love this site. i hve learned so much from it.
